Lose 5 pounds?

So I want to lose 5 pounds. And I know that is not a lot ha! But I want to. And I don’t know how. Well I do but I don’t know what I can do different than I have been doing forever ha and I am 15. Hah I play volleyball for school almost every day and I work out on the days that I don’t have volleyball. I just really wanna lose 5 pounds. Does anyone have any suggestions? Please. Thanks (:

well you seem to be doing enough exercise. it’s not good to overwork your body… but there is one thing that you can do that will help you loose weight build strength and all that. jogging will help if you don’t already do that.
