How do I treat soreness!???
I’ve been working out for about a month or so… but I recently got a personal trainer that gave me a different routin of working out and im sooo sore, when I get up to walk or just move around my whole body aches!! what do I dooo!???
Drinking enough water is a good solution, it will help flush the lactic acid out of your muscles. Also after a week or so your body will be used to this new work out and you shouldn’t be nearly as sore the next day.
saunas are great for relaxing the muscles! are just before you do your workout do some streches this will prevent your muscle pain!
stretch before and after you work out, dont over work your self, and eat foods with plenty of protein, for every pound of weight you have you need to match that in protein from what my brothers tell me.
