Sore back of legs

3days ago I went out and I danced a bit, since the back of my legs have been killing me like I have done a work out they seem to be getting worse, but I recently done a 20mile bike ride and didn’t have any pain.?

It’s probable because you targeted different muscles with the dancing then the cycling.

Remember to stretch well after exercising, so that you don’t get stiff and for now see if you can get a magnesium supplement, that should ease the pain and soreness. And don’t overdo it.

Also try and see if you can get a days rest in between exercising so much so that your body can recover.

u needa make sure you do good stretches before and after your done with watever workout you do so your legz don’t get sore or cramp up
