im way too sore..

so, I worked out 2 days ago.. and im way to sore.. I did warm up..but thit has passed 2 days and im still working out but I can’t that much.. it hurts waaay to much :(.. does anyone know how I can stop the horrible pain..I’ve been sore before but not as much..oh and im sore frm my tummy and legs :(

just go 2 your doctor and get it treated and sorted out…

its propbably because you didnt streatch properly before and after the woprkout this can cause your muscles to hurt for a few days after exerscising the pain wont go away imediantly but stretch out the mucles that hurt do this a few times a day and they should be better soon

I like being sore too but this hurts way to much I cry :’( I could barley even walk

its normal if your not use to it it goes away in 3/5 days eat protine to repair your muscles train each muscle once every 5 days dont train them when there sore they need to repair thats when they grow/get stronger not when training

Protein is for muscle expansion. POTASSIUM is what you need to get rid of the built up acid in your muscles that causes cramps and soreness. Bananas are the way to go… this however only works post workout… Rest is all you can do now. Too much exercise is why you’re sore so long after your workout… Next time, take it a little easier and stretch quite a bit, however over stretching can cause the same problem you’re having now.

its because your muscles are rebuilding themselves (kinda like bones and they grow back stronger too) after your done bein sore start workin out again you wont be as sore this time

have you boyfriend massage your sore area’s it hurts but it will go away sooner…soreness is a good kinda pain anyways…I like feeling sore
