sore legs!

I’ve been starting to go to practice after doing nothing for a month and after I got home from practice my legs have been sooo sore is there anything I can do to relive the pain.. I already took advil or whatever its called and its not helping.. got any advice?

I use Biofreeze, it’s a gel that cools the muscle and then I squat just slowly about 10 reps to warm it up. then I do calf raises to stretch my lower leg muscles. Try that and see if it works.

Stretch your legs (take it slow) and resting.

You can also get something with diclofenac in it if you’re muscles are sore (advil is for colds and flu’s, not for sore muscles)

stretch a lot. also use icy hot. and take a long bath that will help.
