Lats not feeling sore

I have been doing barbell rows and my lats are not feeling sore at all and I am using right form by the way I do 2 sets of 15

Do fewer reps but more weight. You want to max out at 10-12 reps – meaning you can’t do another if you wanted.

Go SLOW. If you go fast then you are using more momentum than pure muscle. Try doing it in a 4-6 count up and then down.

Good form is important also.!!!

Do 3 sets of 10 of whatever is heavy but manageable for you… for me I get satisfied after doing 155 lbs 3 sets of 10… in my opinion one of the best ways to get your lats is probably pull ups with high reps.
