Could Someone Please Help Me?
Okay, I’m trying to lose weight and I want to start working out. But I dont know anything about weight lifting and I don’t know how to lose weight. Could someone please help me out? I need to know what I need to do.
The easiest way to lose weight is to stay hydrated, to walk or do other constant exercise for 30 minutes per day and to eat sensibly. After you have lost weight then you can tone. Muscle weighs more then fat so people think they’re gaining weight sometimes. If you want to tone while losing then try walking with ankle and wrist weights. Otherwise go to a gym, most gyms will let you have a session with a personal trainer, as like a consultation, for free or for a reduced fee. The personal trainer would be able to take you through all the weight machines and help you set up the best workout for you.
