running backward’s is even a faster way to loose fat.. trust me I was 220lbs an ran backwards 5 miles every other day an now im 180 ripped , thats right,, wash board,, an I have a big shlong too!

Yes your ab muscles are not goin to show through if you have x amount of fat on them so do plenty of cardio then introduce some crunches,legraisers,plank etc

Running is a good exercise assuming your joints are strong enough to take the pounding. You will loose weight running and you will streghten core muscles like your abs.

You will get much quicker and better results if you also do some resistance training.

Yes it does. Running is a core exercise and it involves pretty much your thigh, back and abdominal muscles. However, to really get your abs in shape, you’ve got to make sure that you go on long distance runs instead of sprints/jogs. You strain your abs at the cost of stamina, so that’s what you wanna focus on.
