Will running help me get rid of my belly?

can running help get rid of my belly…im not very fat but I look like 2months pregnant!! haha or is there any food I can eat to help get rid or my belly? also I heard fats on belly is unhealthy for the heart…

yes running can help you lose your fat on your belly…if you want to lose weight or get rid of that belly, I suggest you to run daily, do abs workout and eat RIGHT!. thats the biggest key is to est healthy and no junk food. such as salad, pasta, etc. as long they’re fat free and low on calories. and you must commit to it…hard work pays off…good luck!

Crystal, no. You’ve already admitted you are in danger of having an eating disorder. You’ve already said that this is the only way you can feel like you’re in control of your life. You dont need to run, you have no belly to get rid of (women who are two months pregnant show nothing). You need to consider counseling because of your self admitted choice to do something harmful to yourself.
