naw crunches are the best to help with abs you should do at least 100 a day
FYI CRUNCHES do not give you ABS,it only strengthen your core. in order to have abs you should decrease body fat in your body. doing a lot of cardio like running,jogging,swimming,cycling, jum rope, etc. helps you to achieve abs. hope this is helpful.
if you have a good posture when running than yes it does. and have the right pace. but also do ab exercises.
