Who knows if it is bad to have cheese sandwiches 4 days in a row?

Would you say it’s too fattening? I had one for lunch for 4 days in a row and when I hear myself say that I feel huge. (Although I’m not) But do you think it’ll effect me much?

Answer #1

It wouldnt be to good for your skin but i dont think it can really damage your health

Answer #2

it depends if you made it yourself although even then it still can be fattening or buy if from sandwiche place which tatse but generally fattening and again it depends on your diet and what you eat through the day like its ok to eat healthy for other meals and then treate yourself for not so healthy lunch thats the way i see it but really i did think it should matter what you eat as long as you have good balance and go by your own body if your jeans feel tight cut back

Depends on which type of you cheese. Four times a day should be ok, but only if you do not add ham or any other fatty stuff with it…Use wholemeal instead of white bread….White bread isn’t to good for your insides…… I find toasted cheese, with some tomatoes sauce, delicious or oven grilled mini bread pizza with lots of cheese, capsicum, tomatoes are yummy too.
