How can I lose 9 pounds in 4 days?

alright. I am 5’1 and I am 167.5 lbs.not healthy but im trying to change that.what I want to know is what can I do that is fun and easy to lose weight.I want to lose 15 in a month or more.

Don’t listen to hysterical please, anyone that lost 15 pounds in one day is lying and probably endangering their lives. Healthy and PERMANENT weight loss happens gradually. It is healthy to lose 2 pounds a week (more is not always a good indication.

So instead of setting such unrealistic goals for yourself, start living healthy I.e. healthy eating and exercise and CONFIDENCE. That way you’ll lose a lot of weight in a healthy way.

I wanna lose weight too but the only way its gonna work is if you eat and excersice properly! soo im sorry to say that you can lose 9 pounds in 4 days as much as everyone wants it to be possible its not. good luck :)

sorry to say but there is no healthy way of doing that. none at all. the best think you can do tho is to eat healthy and work out. then you will lose weight. but be safe about it! you can maybe lose a pound by that time but dont do anything harmful to your self to do it!

I really want to aswell for my school dance. . . so what I have been doing is I have written down a very healthy diet and I now dont eat meat. you have to be commited to this and do lots of dancing and swimming and riding a bike, I have been told that is the best excersise. After doing this I managed to lose 4 pounds in a week. I dont know if it is possible to lose 9 pounds in 4 days… so just do what I did and I think that is the quickest way! GOOOD LUCK :)

you DONT weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take months to loose weight and see results not hours, not days, not weeks…MONTHS 1-2 pounds a week is the most you should aim to loose healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both

c’mon hysterical, her body metabolism is completely different from yours. she can injure herself if shes not careful. flirtygirl, listen it takes time and yes, dedication, but you have to be smart and efficient. if you want a plan for month, I can help. you can pm me but 9 pounds in 4 days? its not necessarily impossible, but without prior exercise you can injure yourself.

DEDICATION!!! Its the only way to actually lose any sort of weight and to be honest you can lose 15 pounds in one day just by simply commiting yourself to it. If you dont think thats possible I had to lose 10 pounds for my wrestling tournament and my friend lost 15 all the day before. Now to make it fun try riding a bike with your frends or playing basketball or jogging. As long as you make a routine and stick to it this will work!!! Drinking lots of water to flush out all the toxins from your body is also very important!!!
