Who knows if it is possible to lose 2.2lbs a day?

If I am 17, 5’4” and overweight, is it possible for me to loose about 2.2lbs for the first 10ish days and then lose at least 1lb every day for 31 days after that?

You cant. Not even if you used extreme weight loss measures. Extreme weight loss measures could get you 20 pounds a month. That’s not even a pound a day. And those are with extreme workouts and very strict diets. Aim for 8-10 pounds a month and you’re more likely to keep it off.

No that isn’t possible or safe to try. You need to eat healthy, workout, drink plenty of water and get at least 7 hours rest each night. That will help you burn fat and get in shape. Getting fit takes time and hard work but if you want it you can have it. Good luck.

You cant really lose weight that fast without if affecting youre body in a negative manner. I have lost 2.5 stone now and its taken me about 3/4 months, count calories and excersize! weight isnt easy to put on, and trust me its waaay harder to get off lol :P hope this helps. www.sparkpeople.com <— I used this
