15 year old male wants to know how many sit ups a day is good?

I need to know how many sit ups are good for a 15 year old male each day ,,, is the more you do the better ? and the proper way is importand but I do not know how many should be done to be effective and how many are just to many?

do none cause your probably doing them wrong and they will wind up looking misformed

if you lift weights dont worry about it just doin that works them out

a more safer excercise tho is the plank, look it up better then sit ups and crunhes

first of all, you need to loose your stomach fat before you do any situps or they won’t do you any good.

if you have stomach fat I don’t know if you do or not. but if you do, loose that first.

sits up arent as good as you think.. they actually damage your lower back area, and don’t work as expected… you should try the swiss ball crunches.. and those work.. I’ve tried them myself..

I found these on youtube and they work really good, they are all workouts you can do on your couch. 20x knee ups 20x leg raises 20x cycles rest 30 seconds 20x reverse crunch 20x legs on couch crunch 20x hip thrusts rest 30 seconds 20x side sit ups (ten each side) 20x reach and touch(ten each side) 20x cross leg reverse crunch (10 each side) 50x crunches repeat 2 to 3 times a day
