How can I lose weigh in 4 days with eating and exercise?

Okay so I only weigh 118 and I play soccer and race motorcycles but I have some extra phat and don’t know how to get rid of it I believe that I need to change the way I eat but I love all food…please help me

I cant imagine that at 118 you are very big, however if you want to tone up your body, I would try Taibo, its actually really fun, I’ve done it for years and I eat what ever I want. try to get a workout viedo and do it every other day to start and then after your body is used to it do it 6 days a week. it really tones up your body and makes it tighter. I went froma size 7 to a size 4 in like 3 months, it really works.

If you stopped eating completely and exercised rigorously nonstop for 4 days, you could lose about 12 pounds, but it would be extremely dangerous to do that and you might die.

For a safe and realistic change, you could lose about 0.7 pounds in that amount of time by exercising rigorously for around 40 minutes a day and not eating anything more.
