Who knows if it's bad to workout late at night or not?

I was just wondering if it’s a bad thing to workout at like 11 P.M. I heard it wasn’t as good as working out early. I didn’t know if it was true or not.

Also, I’ve heard in the morning you burn more calories faster… so at night it takes longer for you to burn the same amount of calories. I don’t know how true that is… I usually work out at night (7/8pm) because that’s pretty much the only time I feel like doing it…I’m a little hyper but by 10/11, I’m ready to go nitey night. :)

I only have time to do it around 10/11. I guess I could try the morning. I want to burn as many calories as possible.

Yeah, I read the article and it doesn’t have any studies on late evening workouts. I am sure it would make me sleep better. I just don’t want to keep working out late and get bad results.
