So, as my mom is constantly saying, I have anger problems. How do I control it?

I used to have anger problems but got over them by realising I had a problem and before you explode or get to angry think about anything before you say it take a deep breath count to ten and go to a different room than the person you are mad at

take deep breaths count to ten adn then scream lol…no um well I worked on my issues by talkin them out…I use to think I could do it by myself but when I moved in with my cousin who has a degree in phycology she made me talk and told me that the only way to solve probs is to talk about them…im all ears if you want…

Find something fun to do. Such as typing on funadvice =P

Find a quiet place to meditate and calm down
