Do not do streneous exercises. Do low impact exercises (swimming yes, running no). Eat carefully. Not too much junk food. You’re eating for 1 and 1/5th of you, not 2 of you :-)

Do not smoke or drink, or be around people who smoke.

Mostly its common sense, and you’ll see you mothers instincts kick into protective mode.
