Can doing 100 sit ups/pushups a day get me toned?

If so how many days would i have to do them? And im planning on doing sets throughout the day.

as u r a female i do nt advise u to do that many or else ull end up lukin ugly try 25 sit ups n 25 push ups :)

yeah do 25 each buh in the morning as soon as yu get out of bed x

i use to do around 20 each twice a day and i got toned..but i also done other exercises..lol..(i was a little obsessed tho lol) done yoga in the morning or cardio whichever i felt, in the afternoon i would do some push ups and then in the evening i’d do some other intense workout lol haha..but yes doing that many a day can get you really toned im sure..

she can do 100 in a day and its not going to make her look ugly it really depends on her body type. she might have to do more to get toned and girls look good with abs

for about a month..or longer..then i got preggo haha..but i always had a flat tummy and always done exercises though before i got into that precise routine..but it did help improve my abs and hips and legs though..
