How long will it take to get a toned stomach when doing this?

If I spread out 100 sit ups a day, 30 in morning and night and 40 in between and eating just 3 meals a day avoiding fatty and sugary foods all together how long do you think it would take to get a flat stomach?

Depends on your body. But actually,people are suppose to eat 6 very small meals a day. I call,snack meals. When you eat large portions at one time,it takes longer for the body to process it. When you eat small meals through out the day,it’s like snacking through out the day. The body burns the food up sooo much quicker,preventing you to gain weight,in fact helping you to lose it. Sit ups are good,but you might want to work on ab exercises. You can youtube it. You wanna do other exercises,regurdless if you are just trying to target one area. You want your whole body toned and looking even. I have been using this workout system,called Evny Girls. it works your butt,your abs,your legs and your arms. It’s amazing! I use it to stay in shape,cause I don’t want to get fat. It’s really cheap too. I got it on off amazon.com for like not even $15.00! Your actually bette off eating 5 melas a day at 400 calories each. The 100 situps a day isnt going to be enough. You need to do cardio as well and keep bumping up the number of situp and mix in crunches, side crunches etc.
