How can I get toned up?

Ok, right… I’m 13 and I’m going on holiday with my best friend in approx 3 wees time. The thing is, my friend is really toned up and slim. I’m relatively slim but am really selfconcious of my stomach. What I really want is to get my stomach muscles toned up and obliques more obvious. I also know that you can’t have fantastic abs without losing stomach fat so I also want to know how I can lose that in 3 weeks! So yeah, I am prepared to do a certain excercise routine every day and stick to it. I have been doing like 200odd sit ups and press ups and all that stuff everynight for about 2 weeks now but it doesn’t make a difference and I reckon that is because of the fat. So basically, how can I get a good toned stomach in 3 weeks?

In three weeks, your going to have to do more then situps. Just eat health and continue excercise a lot but you can’t do miracles in 3 weeks and anyways you look just great! And just get a good tan, it kind ve makes everything look that much hotter and healthier…
