What if I do 100 sit ups for a month how much weight will I lose?

I need help to get in shape to run track please help me. See if I can slim down more than I will be a lot faster than many others on the track team so please help me with this. It has to happen before october because that’s when we start practice

slimming down with only 1 exercise isn’t going to work. I’m sorry to spoil your fun, but if you want visible results, and not only an illusion of losing weight, you’re gonna need some professional help.

Depends, weight loss is always different because its a matter of motabolism and diet. Also it is possible you may gain weight, muscle weighs more. The best way to lose weight is walking. Sit ups are more for toning your body rather then weight loss.
