how many sit-ups a day?

how many sit-ups should I do each day to shrink my tummy and show a little abs by summer holiday? is 100 enough? I don’t have a big tummy btw.

dont do a lot of sit-ups. lets say just do 50 a day,the quality of sit ups counts not the quantity so make sure your doing it slowly and right.

something like 100 would do but make sure that your doing them right, doing that many per day (like I do) helps firm and harden the stomach muscles. over time you will probably see that you could do more,say 100 for a week see hwo that goes and then maybe 125 or 150 the next week, as for the abs showing you would probably (depending on if you a have tummy like me) have to eat right for a while, if you don’t already. good luck ;)

as much as you can do in one time like 40 sit ups 3 repititions (3 times)
