Answer #1

I do believe that because of the love he has for us, he would give his life over and over again for us no matter what time we are living in…

Answer #2

YES HE IS COOL LIKE THAT

Answer #3

A better question would be… ‘’Would people kill him again?’’

He’ll probably get put in a mental institution.

Actually there is Muslim, Islam and other religious people, who is still today prepared to offer their life’s for their religious beliefs and there could be several Christians who would also be prepared to do so, even if it should mean, other innocent people could die in the event! This happened many times in history!

Answer #6

Jesus said ~

Greater love has no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

                                                                                      John 15:13

Not only did He, but His love endures the ages. When He returns it will be with great glory and power. Death has been swallowed up when He comes for His own and there is no need to “die again” The resurrection from the tomb foreshadowed what believers can expect, life everlasting and “more abundant” life as promised.

Answer #7

Not many people realize that the people back then are by far more evil then they are today. Think about it, how often does the president run around saying kill all the first born males?

Answer #8

Yah he died for the messed up people back then so why not die for the messed up people today?

Answer #9

But how much of the world is starving literally to death while 20% of the world throws perfectly good food out periodically?

Answer #10

Taking the Christian beliefs into consideration, while not believing in this myself, I’d have to say that he wouldn’t. The point of him dying, the point of his sacrifice was that he opened up the doors to heaven: he forgave them, he took their burdens, and he suffered in their place so that they wouldn’t have to. No one would have to, ever again, if they believed in him, right? So why force himself through it again? In addition, he was killed for heresy? Something like that Blasphemy. These days, he could walk around the way he did, curing people and making random food surpluses, do whatever he wanted. There aren’t any laws against it, because it’s not exactly something anyone expects to do. Anyway, he was doing good things, wasn’t he? No crimes to warrant death. On the other hand, there are people that would follow and believe him, and others that wouldn’t, just as the old days, but there are enough extremists, I think, to balance it out. One goes for the man’s throat, another protects him with his life. It’ll work out okay. Anyway, the way it was written in the bible, his second coming isn’t said to be like the first. Fire and brimstone, et cetera. It won’t just be like a guy hanging out in Starbucks and he happens to be Jesus.
