Which type of exercise burns more calries in less time?

Which type of exercise burns more calries in less time? Im 23 and weight is 69 hight is 5.2. What is my ideal weght and how can I reduce moer in less time. Which exercise is most betr 4 me?

definently running or a bike on a machine so you can simulate a hill, but ide say running in a pool is the best.

Cardiovascular. Sit-ups, crunches, push-ups, pull-ups, power walking, jogging, swimming, bycicling, etcetera.

Aerobic exercise I find works best if you want to lose weight fast. That means constantly moving for at least 20-30 minutes 3-4 times per week. Do this preferably in the morning when you have more time. here is a link for more info. jaysfitfast.yolasite.com
