what is the recommended amount of cardio type exercise a teenager should do each day and how many times per week? also what about strength training and things like incidental exercise?

well the recommended amount of exerscise a person should get daily is half an hour cardio is good mut try to mix up the workout and not keep it at one thing also those other two things are good to add to a workout if you want to help build muscle or burn of fat, ect but again, mix the workout up and dont do one thing all the time
