Answer #1

It is best that you exercise in the morning after eating to kick start your metabolism. Everytime you exercise your body goes into fat burning mode. If you exercise 3 times a day and eat 5 or 6 SMALL lean meals a day your body is constantly in fat burning mode. This is the way body builders train.

Answer #2

The best time is whenever works out best for you. I’m not a morning person but morning is still the most consistent time for me to exercise. One thing I noticed is that if I exercise before work that I feel good all day but if I exercise after work all I want to do afterword is lay around and read or watch TV. Also, the later it is in the day the more likely something else will crowd it out. If it is the first thing I do than it is rarely interrupted; if it is later I end up missing it whenever I have to work extra, run an errand, or have more yard or housework than usual.

Answer #3

It’s best in the morning or afternoon and for an hour or two.

Answer #4

For me late at night since your muscles are more warmed up from the day so you will b less likely to pull something…also its a nice way to relax after a long day. Time depends on your own abbilites if you already very fit you may be able to do a longer workout but in general at the most a workout should ever b is 45 minutes but never much longer.

Answer #5

Morning is the best time for exercise and half an hour is better for health.
