If I exercised this much would I burn this off?

Im trying to lose weight. So far today I’ve eaten:

Breakfast: bowl of special k

Lunch: veggie sub on whole grain bread

Snacks: abut 10 pretzels, some cherries

Dinner: going to get chicken tenders from kids menu at max & ermas

Also I’ve jumped on a trampoline for 2.5 hours today, and im going to go on a mile run later tonight after dinner.would this burn off all I’ve eaten and then some? Or should I jump a little more to?

YEah! It would do something. It would help if you told us how much you weighed! Not trying to emmbarras you it’s just so we can tell you how long you need to do these things for! you look like you have a great plan! KEEP TO IT!!

Answer #2

You liar. If you’re fat, then just start eating less, don’t starting eating that awful food. Chicken Tenders ruined your day. The best way to go through your day is to eat little snakcs all day, that way your body is constantly being replenished and has time to owrk off what you have eaten.

EAT LESS MORE OFTEN EXCERCISE

It doesn’t matter what you eat, it’s how you do it.

Answer #3

yes this will burn off what you have eaten but if you continue to eat like this your body will get used to you eatin only this much calories and you will burn of less everyday.

for example if you only eat 1000 calories a day your body will get used to you only taking in 1000 callories per dayand will only lit you burn of 600 or so

Answer #4

yes that should do the trick you could do a little more depending on if your upto it but the 2 and a half hours should be enough remember to drink plenty of water and green tea is just magical on acheiving that “light” feeling

Answer #5
