When Is a Good Time to Eat?

lol, weird question. But, I really want to know. When is the best time to eat, and not gain a lot of weight??

3+ times a day to keep your metabolism going, and not less than 3 hours before bedtime because digesting is as hard as walking and not very restful.

I think if you eat a good breakfast, then a healthy lunch and little dinner will help. Because dinner is the one you gain weight the most.

there is no best time really because obviously whatevere you eat that doesnt get digested goes on as fat and unless you exerscise, that fat stays on you

Eat a good breakfast for sure, then eat 5 other small meals in the day. Don’t eat when you’re gonna go to bed. because then your food won’t digest. & don’t starve urself. :]

Eat often and early. Dont eat till the point to being stuffed all the time, just small snacks like all day and thats how I lost 40 poounds. :P

6 small meals throughout the day is the best thing for weight loss. It keeps your metabolism up. Also skipping breakfast has been linked to obesity, so make sure that you get a good healthy breakfast in.
