Eating time

I’ve only just begun to count calories, so im still iffy on this stuff Today: Oatmeal 150 Healthy choice 310 Healthy choice 270 Turkey wrap 300 (estimating – the wrap was 100, and im guess 200 for the turkey) Apple 80 2 yogurt 160

Ran 2.5-3 miles

I ate more than usual cause I was so hungry today, and when I ran I got a bad stomach ache because of it.

Anyway, I feel like I ate a lot more than usual but I think its just because I ate everything close together, not spread out from 9am-8 like normal. It was all within a couple hours, like.. From 2-4:30 (gross) but im eating no more calories for the day.

I know its not good and im not planning on eating lke this again, but is it oksince its the same number of calories ? Or does it make a huge difference to give your body time in between?

Answer #2

if you want to count calories you really can’t be estimating how much of something you ate

Answer #3

I don’t know about calorie-counting… it’s such a chore… It’s better to 6 small meals a day spread out throughout the day than just eating them all close together. It keeps your insulin levels in check so you don’t feel hungry, and keeps your metabolism burning especially if you do exercises.

Answer #4

Yep, definitely make sure your meals are in the proper portions!

Answer #5

well its deli turkey so I really dont know how to figure it out..

Answer #6

be careful with those 6 small meals because if your porportions are wrong then you end up gaining.
