is this good for first time ever

tell me if this good I just started workin out for my football team im 15 bout 5’7 weigh 175-180 the first time I did bench was 145 10x, the first time I did deadlifts was 215-225 3x8,and then the first time I did sqauts was 185-205 maybe 30x , then I did power,hangcleans 150 10-8-4

Yeah… depending on your position… I think squats and powercleans are the two most important lifts in the repertoire. Anywhere in the interior on either side of the ball this is the case. Sounds like you are off to a good start.
