What are some good Diet Foods and eating habbits?

I lost 30 pounds last year but I need to lose another 20 before summer. What are some good tips like how late to eat or how much you can eat junk and still lose weight. I workour 2-4 times a week too.

Ok well its a bad idea to eat after 8pm because then your body has no time to burn off fat. Eat healthy eat natural things cut out junk and soda. Try to eat a lot of greens. Like salad spinage broccoli cucumbers. Eat foods with real nutritional values Iike lean meats like chicken and fish and good cuts of beef. Also its how you prepaired your food instead of deep fried foods try pan frying (take the meet add a bit of veggie oil to a pan spice the meet then put it on the pan flip it till is cooked through) I have some really good recipes find some that you like and use them! Also stay active run jog jump rope or even walk at least 30 min’s a day. P.s. Salads tast better if there’s a lot of veggies in them put a variety of veggies in there I even put some of the seasoned pan chicken in mine :D also if you live with a family get them involved in eating healthy and cooking new recipes it will make it a lot funner and easier for you.

You could switch out most junk foods to fruits, granola bars, and chips/crackers like Cheez-Its. I dont know what your work out is but I would say to run as its the best exercise to lose weight and improve overall health. I would also suggest to build muscle as this will increase your metabolism, but you wont lose weight as muscle weighs more than fat even if it looks better. If you drink any high calorie drink switching that with water will help you lose weight much faster.(I’ve never done this as I would rather drink pepsi/coke and just exercise more.)
