What do I need to do so I can I lose 100 pds?

hey im 22 and 5ft 1 about 215 pds suppose to be 125 accord to a weight chart I really want to lose the weight without killing myself any ideas

Weight watchers :) You can go online or do classes and meet/work with other people in losing weight. I am 5”7 and use to be 225 and am now 155. Its great because you can still eat the same but you eat smaller portions and understanding ther epoint system is so simple. Look up info on it, it works so well and itsnt some expensive diet either. Good luck you can do it!!!

you could also sleep a lot because time would go by so fast when sleeping so while sleeping that would take away your time eating, and it would guarantee your weight loss to be sucessful

join a gym. thats a great way of losing weight. go possibly everyday if you can or just frequently so your used to going and try not to put any time off. oherwse you wont stickto going. also eat a bit healthier ;)

Workout in the morning and if you really want to lose wight bfore you go to bed and just eat at the right time and don’t eat a lot at dinner I lost weight doing this and fruit and vegatables eat a lot of those

At your weight taking out 100 or 200 calories a day can really help you lose weight but the best way is to exercise and eat a healthy diet.
