Do I need to gain weight or lose weight?
I’m 16 and weigh around 140 pounds. is this overweight or underweight? Should I worry about losing weight or gaining weight or should I stay the same?
140 is an ideal weight if you’re anywhere between 5 ft 3 and 5 ft 10.
So, if you’re only 5 ft 2 then you’re slighty overweight. If you’re 6 ft, then you’re underweight. Its not related to your age, but to your build.
