How many stones do you need to lose a size? (UK) like, atm I’m a size 18 so if I how many stones do I need to lose so im a size 16?

im a 32cm waist and I weigh just a tad under 12st

you really dont look like you a 18” :)

my 32cm waist is about 12inches

I think youll need to loose a few stone

go for some nice long walks and eat healthy and youll get there.. :)

You’ll need to loose about 2-3 stones to drop down to a 16 =3
