What is the best diet to lose 100 pounds?

I weigh 200 pounds and I want to be 100 pounds again like I used to be. I need a diet and exercise plan that works. I cant go see a dietian because I see one already for my past eating disorder.

The way to lose weight is through healthy diet and exercise. Eat 4-6 SMALL meals a day, consisting of lean meats, whole-grain starches, fruits and vegetables. Set up your plate so 1/4 is meat, 1/4 is starch, 1/2 is fruit and veggies, and there is minimal fat.

If you do this as well as drink 8 glasses of water a day and exercise for 30 min a day a few times a week, you will see healthy results.

being 100 ounds is extreemly unhelthy, if you didnt end up dead you would be extreemly weak and unhealthy your not akid anymore your not supposed to weight 100 pounds anymore your body needs more weight on it because of puberty and growing up so 100 pounds is NOT realistic

you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first to find out exactly how much you need to lose to be healthy you should want to be healthy you should not want to be anorexic again
