How can I lose 30lbs by June?

I want to lose 30 pounds by the end of June. Do you know how I can do it?

start eating for lunch instead of something high in calories and fat eat a salad and water….for instance… to keep my weight the way it is i eat a salad, flavored water, and sun chips…and start exercising…i bike 6 miles and run 1 mile…of course it depends on ur physical condition right now
