I need to lose 30 lbs by june 1st
I need to lose 30 pounds by the first of june we are going on summer vacation and I have to ware a bathing suit I really need to lose this 30 pounds by june please help.
I tried eating less and exercising but it doesnt work well because I end up eating midnite..well..,if you found out how,tell me!!I need to lose a few of my own before nex month!!class is going to start..
thats the prob with me I always say I’m going on a diet today but than you see junk food and you get hungry and you end up saying oh I’ll start tomorrow and you keep doing that thats my prob I don’t know what to do about it.
I suggest to start doing some cardio fitness. Or just watch your calorie take in. Cut it down on Junk food and sweets. If you follow this by, June you will lose up to 30-40 pounds. Good Luck!!!
