Does any one know about how much water I'm supposed to be drinking?

I’m about 5, 11” weigh in at 170 and I workout a lot

Well i have been told tht ur supposed to drink half ur body weight in Oz. Sorry its confusing, so, lets see, ur 170, so half of 170 wud be 85, so ifu want to hydrate ur body the right way, drink 85 oz. ofwater(: so thats about 4-5 Bottles of water(:

The average person drinks 8-10 8 fl. oz. glasses of water. Someone who works out a lot, sweats out more water than that, so it’s recommended at least in the bodybuilding world, to drink a gallon to 2 gallons a day or about 128 to 256 fl. oz. of water in a day.
