How much water do you have to drink a day to lose a couple pounds a week? The average amount is like 8 cups a day, but do I need to drink more to lose weight?
The average you are supposed to drink a day is actually 6 glasses of water.
Drinking more water will not make you loose weight it will just make you pee more. Drink the amount that is advised. You can drink juice or milk in the morning - but make water your primary drink for the rest of the day.
Drinking water won’t make you lose weight. Exercising and not eating junk will make you lose weight.
Just replace all other drinks with water.and drink it whenever you’re thirsty.
drinking water wont make you loose weight water is a nessessity of your survival you need it to live, all it will do is make you pee more as mandyloo said go to a doctor get your bmi (body mass index) correctly calculated for your height and age they will be able to tell you how underweight, average, or overweight you are and you can take it from there the only way water could help you tooloose weight is if you are dependant of soft and fixxy drinks, and then switch to water because they contain crap like sugar and will contribute to weight gain so swithing from soft drinks to water can help, but only because your no longer filling your body with sugar

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.

you not suppose to drink water to lose weight you drink to much water you can die like if you drink a gallon of water it can kill you so think about that water isn’t always healthily yeah it clean you out so your pee don’t stink because if you pee stink you need to go to the Dr. but it’s nothing wrong with drinking water you just can’t drink to much!!!
