How to control sugar cravings?
I always have sugar cravings, mostly at night and especially during pms. How can I curb my sugar cravings. I’m always hungry, no matter how much I eat. What can I do about this?
yeah must have a fast metabolism, like meh just eat fruits at night, those are usually sweet and will also curb your hunger, I eat like two bananas when im craving sweets at night & I feel content afterwards

Sugar cravings are a natural thing. But to stay healthy, instead of eating sugar/lollies, eat an apple or pear or a fruit, that’ll cure the sweet taste your after.
(Sorry if this isn’t making sense at all, lack of sentence that is. Im on the phone and only half concentrating on my typing)

first of all, DO NOT CHEW GUM! Your mind is prepared for chew to eat as soon as the chewing stimulates your saliva. Drink lots of water. It will take your mind off of food, take away time where you could be eating, it helps fill your stomach, and its zero calories. If you REALLY need a snack, eat veggies. Lettuce, spinach, carrots, cucumber, celery and cabbage are low in calories and have vitamins and fiber. Pickles are aso good-most are under 30 calories, some are only 0! Good Luck!
My mom is a chef, and teaches cooking at university. I have these cravings very badly, heres what I know: 1)If your sensative to liquor at all, or drink more than once or twice a week, I have heard thesecravings are from lack of alcohol. I heard this in a room full of alcoholics who all coincidentally had the same sugar craving problem. 2)eat “complex sugars” such as carbohydrates and fruit. Potatoes, pasta, cottage cheese (comp. carbs.)-etc. look them up online. My mother said that these last in your system longer which shuts down those midnight cravings. That being said, I am writing this at 1:43AM after just have a ridiculous sugar craving. I ate a healthy dinner, I do know I stop drinking any liquor for 6 months, and these sugar cravings went away completly. Now I drink 1-2 times per week…im in college what can I say. Give it a shot folks, no liquor worked hands down for me, way better than even eating really really healthy…
