I got a serious food craving, for sweets in particular. I need your views on how I can curb this. I have ALWAYS had a sweet tooth, and even my years of vegetarianism didn’t do much to eradicate it. I’m off my vegan diet now for one year and a half, but my cravings for food in general has become much more pronounced!! I became a vegetarian as an escape from this. I do not want to be a vegan anymore, but I need to strike up a happy medium, since I dread getting overweight. So far, my weight is under control, even though I have gained about 15-20lbs since coming off my strict diet. HELP!

I have a sweet tooth also, I started using yoplait yoguart, I like the cheesecake and the pineapple, I also drink unsweeten tea with lemon and splenda.

Cut all sugar out of your diet for 2 weeks!! don’t cheat!! It will be hard but once you pass the cravings you’ll feel so much better. And you’ll most likely lose weight in the process too
