learn how to do the splits ?
Well I’ve been wantin to learn how to do the splits for a long time and im so close to doing them. But I don’t know what to do to inprove. I strech ever day. But I don’t want somebody to force me down.
Help?!
it takes a long time to get them down perfectly/ I know it did for me. just keep stretching. im sure thats what everyone tells you but its the truth. youll get it soon.
listen what you do is go to the wall get on the ground and put your foot against the wall and stretch it out until you can’t nomore do it to both side just keep doing it and what else you can do is do a stardel I don’t know if I spelled it right but I hope you know what I mean put both your legs stretch out and have some one push you do and hold it or fold our legs like a prezel and have someone pass both the side of your legs down it will be painfully but it will help you do a spilt I hop I help and if you ever need any more of my advice am always here for you…

Always stretch warm muscles!!! Stretch when you wake and before you sleep. Straddle the wall, and see who close you can get to it. Then lay on your back and spread your legs apart, and eventually they will get closer to the floor. Get into a position like the splits, but fold your front leg in; do this to both legs. Do squat stretches. Go in your room and do weird things that feel like you are stretching your legs, because you more than likely are. There may be weird poses so lock your door if you don’t want anybody to see… Just remember there should be pain, but not bad pain. Stop when it hurts. Don’t overstretch, and give your muscles a break. Just be careful with every stretch you do. I wish you luck, and I hope I helped.
