how can you lose 15 pounds in one month for a thirteen year old?

I am 13 years old and weigh about 123 pounds. im 5’4. any ideas on how to lose 10-15 pounds in one month?

**diet tips would be much better bc I dont like to exercise much :P

Okayy ,, your 13 . . Not 20 ,, you shouldn’t be going on diets ,, it’s not healthy and you will but the weight back on and more when you stop . . Just eat healthy and do a bit of excercise . . DO NOT go on any mad diet . . You’ll regret it ! And don’t weigh yourself all the time ,, because then it will seem like you loose nothing x

Do NOT lose weight, it will not only leave you looking like a heroin addict, but you will also lose vital nutrients that will help your body grow and mature properly. You should not even be worried about how much you weigh! Its sounds like you look great already! Why do you want to lose weight? If its for any other reason than health dont do it! If its over a boy… find another one, no one should want you to change. If they dont like you they can move on and find someone else because they dont deserve you! Just try eatting a more healthy diet with raw fruits and veggies, lots of protein like chicken and fish. You will be fine darling.
