Is there a site where I can put in ingredients and get an overall calorie count for the entire recipe in the end?

Answer #1

There are several (http://funadvice.com/r/3jscd5vj9b for one), but you will have to do the math to add the up the total calories in the dish, then divide by how many servings.

Answer #2

You can use sites like this but I don’t know if any take into account the way you cook said recipes. If you are going to heat something up to a high temperature, the chemical composition has the potential top change. The results should be close but just know that it won’t be a perfect number. But, just for the record, it doesn’t look to me as if you need to count your calories. You look completely fine. Your BMI is probably right where it is supposed to be if not under where is should be. You shouldn’t have to worry yourself with things such as this.
