Is it bad to run when you only sleep for 5 or 6 hours?

I love running but i hardly get time except mornings and i have trouble sleeping a lot so how many hrs should b enough?

Sleep in intervals of 1.5. So 1.5, 3, 4.5, 6…I’d say get six hours, then you’ll wake up feeling refreshed.

Me too, I can hardly ever sleep…until I sleep all day, every day. And then I can’t sleep again, lol.

I run everyday & sleep about 5hrs/day. My physician says I’m in perfect health. The amount of sleep you need also depends on your age.

7-8 hours are recommended but 6 should be ok if you aren’t incredibly tired and even if you are it’s still a good idea to run, so no.
