How am I not tired with only 5 to 4 hours of sleep?

On an average week day during school I usually go to bed around 2 o’clock and wake up around 6:30 yet I’m not tired at all. One thing that might make me able to get up is I wake up turn on my TV then go to sleep for another five minutes then lye around for five minutes then I’m not tired, I also have a lot of self control so I can get up early without any problem but usually its not hard at all to get up in the morning.

I am the same…I get around 4-5 hours of sleep in weekdays because of having to study till late…

also it’s not the amount of sleep you get, but the quality of it…

thats actually very commen, if your in the right sleep pattern then you will wake up depending on average how many hours sleep you got in a few week period. =)

sleep is actually a habit not an essential.
