I get two hours of sleep a night, is that bad?

I get two hours of sleep a night is that bad? I haven’t been able to get regular sleep for a couple of years because of something traumatizing that happened in my life.

Anyone know a remedy?

Answer #1

Hey I asked you if you got sleep remember and you said yes ! You need to get something to help with this problem. There is nothing worse for your health than not sleeping. Mel

Answer #2

no it isnt that bad just if you arnt that sleepy.

p.s. it is bad if you are to sleepy and cant stay awake and also you could have the flu or you could be pregnat

Answer #3

Yes, that is bad, I’d strongly recommend you talk to a doctor about one of those medications that helps with insomnia. Nobody gets that little sleep with a regular circadian rhythm.

Answer #4

It’s bad in the long term. Your blood pressure will go up, your pulse will be inhuman after 10 years. Eventually, your brain will start detoriating after some time, cause you don’t bring enough oxygen to it. You should seriously seek medical attention. Better be on sleeping pills than get a heat attack at 30. Also, lack of sleep makes you vurnuable to stress and can eventually lead you to mood swings and depression. Your will losea lot of weight, making you feel like a living zombie. Take care
