what can I do to increase my upper body strength???

hey im 14 years old, 5’9 and weigh about 130. but im not staified about my upper body strength. my lower body strength is awesome since I skate a lot. but what can I do to increase my upper body strength???

lift weights while watching a movie…or hold your arms parallel to the ground for a min or so while you read…it tones not so much muscle but itll get there!

dud just start with doing some push ups and get into weight lifting if you really wanna get some arms if you dont have no experience its common for you to struggle at first but believe me with time you will have results.you just gotta give it dedication and patience.you have many years ahead I believe I started around your age and now im sattisfied with my body.dont get worried your at the right age to start.I remeber when I started working out its no comparisen to what I can do know so just remember start small and have durability meaning dont give up and dont force your body.with time you will be sattisfied
