Led by Cris Mills, a surf coach, massage therapist, performance coach, and Chek Practitioner, our team is passionate about helping you reach your full surfing potential.
Cris’s background in health, rehab, and performance training allows him to take a holistic approach to surfing fitness. Whether it’s addressing nutritional needs, chemical imbalances, or mechanical issues, Cris has the expertise to guide you towards becoming a stronger and more confident surfer.
